Back in 2005 as Ford PA and Clifford Thames were renewing their contract, CEO Calvin Barnett and the Ford team worked together to establish an office in Poland providing greater efficiency. Initially reviewing Warsaw as a suitable location, it was decided that Krakow offered more opportunities for the business; a vibrant city full of culture, innovation and talent. The first 3 employees were hired and 10 years on Clifford Thames in Poland now employs nearly 200 people across 3 locations with 2 of the original 3 still working for the company!
Today the Krakow offices are integral to the running of the business globally with a number of senior roles and operations established there. The team continue to deliver parts cataloguing, help desk support, data services, menu pricing and software development services for a growing number of automotive customers worldwide.
Our latest senior recruit, Konrad Rudziński, appointed as Athoris Market Manager for Poland, brings with him invaluable data, marketing and automotive experience, his appointment further demonstrates the continued growth and ambition of the organisation as European leader in the automotive sector in addition to bringing CT’s unique Fleet offering to Poland.
Celebrating the 10 year anniversary this year, Clifford Thames in Poland continues to flourish in both size and capabilities. Thanks to the drive and enthusiasm of the team, the business in Krakow has celebrated many notable wins including, work with new customers and EPC business with Ford and Jaguar Land Rover.
