Job Description:
Based in our Kraków office (Poland) as a Helpdesk Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring Quality Customer Service and relations by capturing, escalating and resolving Jaguar Land Rover Menu Pricing helpdesk issues, whether first or second
Line support to either internal or external clients.
Responsibilities
· Cover Customer service helpdesk during contractually agreed hours
· Provide helpdesk support and ensure SLAs are met.
· Log and maintain accurate technical customer queries via appropriate systems and ensure category identification accuracy.
· Resolve Customer queries on own initiative or by liaising with relevant teams.
· Provide Helpdesk metrics, reports and training material in line with customer demands.
· Provide support for reporting, i.e. Excel based internal / external reports.
· Follow all procedures or Work Instructions applicable to the role
· Maintain Work Instructions and FAQs updated as required to support role / Team
· Work in an organized fashion and keep logs of work completed and checked.
· General support on other projects within Dealer Services will be required on an ad hoc basis and in line with your managers’ instructions.
· Travel to our UK office when required (once or twice a year max)
Mandatory Skills
· Proven Customer Support experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Highly organised
· Good phone contact handling skills
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
· Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a Team
Additional Desirable Skills
· Previous experience in the Automotive industry advantageous
· Knowledge of any other European language
